Process, materials & quality
Hot- and cold-chamber casting technology, design engineering and end-to-end quality control.

The right material for every part
Our facilities use both hot- and cold-chamber die casting to process a wide range of materials, including zinc and aluminum alloys. We compare mechanical, physical and chemical properties to ensure optimal fit, form and function.

Materials, engineering and quality control
We process aluminum and zinc (zamak) alloys with hot- and cold-chamber casting technology, and offer concept design, co-engineering, reverse engineering and product redesign. We compare mechanical, physical and chemical properties to choose the optimal material for each part.
Quality is assured with PPAP, 100% CMM and X-ray inspection and systems aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between cold and hot chamber?
Hot chamber suits low-melting alloys such as zamak; cold chamber is used for aluminum. We have both technologies.
What is PPAP?
The production part approval process: we document and validate that the process makes conforming parts before mass production.
How do you control quality?
100% inspection with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and internal X-ray control, plus continuous improvement on every batch.
Do you have quality certifications?
We work with quality systems aligned with the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Ready to industrialize your part?
We support you from material and tooling to a 100%-inspected production run.
